If you're trying to process an ETRAN application and the following validation rule appears You are not authorized to process loan applications for Location ID XXX the issue could be 1 of 2 things:

Organization vCard not displaying correct Location ID

Check your Org vCard and verify the Location ID is the same number as when you log into CAFS.  If it's the same, move onto the next item.  If it's not the same, update it to reflect the same Location ID as in the CAFS platform and try your ETRAN submission again.

Update your CAFS Permissions

Your supervisor will need to review the permissions you have within CAFS and request for further permissions.  Contact [email protected] for assistance.
