If you're trying to submit an Application to SBA via ETRAN and the only option you see within the Ventures Submission Type drop-down is Pre-Application change your status from Prospect to Open within the General > General tab.

If you're trying to submit a post-approval action to SBA and you do not see the 327 or Closing options within the Ventures Submission Type drop-down change your status from Open to Approved within the General > General tab.
