The following validation applies only to 504 Lenders:  For Lender, do not have an active agreement (219)

SBA has activated a validation rule that will be thrown ONLY if they do not have the ALP Agreement on file for your organization. 

• If you are NOT an ALP CDC your SBA Processing Method should be 504 -  Basic  
• If you are an ALP CDC and are throwing the same error please work with your local district office and OCRM to update the PIMS platform  

Question:   I'm not an ALP CDC but I'm submitting under ASM.  Which drop-down do I use? 

You would use the 504-Basic and within your 1244 Part A check the box for ASM submission.
