To get to the ETRAN menu:
- Click the SBA submission menu option. From the submenu that appears select the ETRAN option.
- From the ETRAN menu, click on the application number. in the pop up that appears click on the green upload button, enter your credentials and click next.
- Once logged in select the submission type as normal add or edit your points of contact as need then click continue.
- You will land on your required documents tab. The check boxes on the right side indicate that the specific document has been mapped and stored in the doc storage area for upload. You can easily attach them to your upload upload, no need to do it manually. Be sure to review the files. A check in the check box indicates it will be uploaded, if you do not want to upload the document uncheck the box. You can add any missing files by selecting the add files button or dragging and dropping them.

If a document upload fails, try again using only the document that failed, do not re-upload every document.
When you click Done you will return to the Etran screen where you initiated the document upload. The status of your application should say "In Review Reviewer 1". This indicates your application has been successfully submitted to the SBA.
To review documents you have uploaded:
- On the Etran screen, click the Application number.
- You can download all documents in your submission package by clicking the hyperlinked Package File Name. To review the documents individually, click the hyperlinked Submission Type.
- The pop up will update, you will see the list of documents you have submitted.
- You should see the documents uploaded successfully message next to each document.
- Click on the hyperlinked document name to download the document.
