Adding Personal Resource section to Credit Memo

Personal Resource Analysis is no longer required to be included in the analysis being presented to SBA as of April 2, 2020.  In a 504 & 7a Connect Calls (June/July 2020) SBA did make a point to mention that adding the Personal Resource Analysis to your SLPC memo would be good practice.  For lenders that choose to add the Personal Resource Analysis to their SLPC memo template the one-time steps for adding the table to your credit memo are shown below (NOTE:  Web Templates module required):

  • Click on the main menu Reports & Letters 
  • Click on Web Templates (left hand side of the menu)
  • Within the search feature of the Web Templates table type:  SLPC Credit Memo
  • Click on the Copy icon to copy the System memo 
  • A version of the copied memo will appear on your screen
  • Update your Template Name or accept the one provided:  Ventures SLPC Credit Memo (Copied)
  • Scroll down to the section where you want the field to be added (use Shift+Enter to create the row)
  • Leave the cursors between the fields (empty space)
  • Search for the field labeled Personal Resources within the fields drop-down
  • Select the field labeled Personal Resources  and it will be inserted into the memo
  • Click on Save

Assuming the field has been added the Personal Resources Section will appear within your merged Credit Memo:
