In March 2020 SBA launched a pilot for CDC's to upload 504 Closing Packages via ETRAN (closing modernization: phase 1).  Ventures has facilitated the upload of closing documents to the ETRAN platform however there are remaining steps to be completed within the CAFS platform to notify your Closing District Counsel.
