You have attempted to submit a project for approval or are trying to upload documents but ETRAN fails and gives you the following error message:

The key sentence in this error is the last one which states that your ETRAN application is not in IP (In Process) status. This generally means that you application is no longer active and has likely been Aged Out by SBA. When this happens, you will need to create a new application.
