When sending emails from the Tickler feature within Ventures expect the recipient to see the following.  Note: The email will come from [email protected]. 

Suggestions: 

• Set the expectation with your clients/borrowers letting them know what email address some of your email notifications will be coming from so they know what to expect.  
• Add the following verbiage to the message in the body of the email: ATTENTION:   We are using our LMS platform (Ventures) to send out servicing compliance letters. The email sender is showing as [email protected] however if you click on reply it will go directly to XXX staff who sent this letter. If you have questions regarding this email please call me at XXX.
