Remember, any applications that are in Open, Submitted, More Information Needed, or Reviewed status AND the last activity on the application is within 60 days will migrate over.

Before the update consider:

  • Marking any Gateway applications as Withdrawn or Declined to avoid migrating
  • Reaching out to applicants to encourage them to submit outstanding applications and to inform them that they may need to start a new one after the update.
  • Backing up your application information by exporting data file in Gateway > Site Settings > Data Export menu
  • Mapping unmapped Gateway fields to Ventures or Custom Fields so that you will be able to report on the values.

 

After the update consider:

 

  • Adding Referral Codes.
  • Setting your Gateway application email user notification preferences in Ventures.
  • Updating Ventures User Permissions
  • Mapping unmapped Gateway fields to Ventures or Custom Fields so that you will be able to report on the values.
  • Adding Ventures User Accounts as needed
  • Credit Users: Set Credit Report Document Type in Gateway > Site Settings > Credit menu.
