You can set Ventures to notify you when you receive a message for a Gateway app you are assigned to, when the data entry portion on an app you are assigned to is complete, and when an application you are assigned to moves to submitted status. This is only available if your job role is one (or more of the following): Loan Officer, Loan Processor, Closing Processor, Closing Analyst, Credit Analyst.

• Mouse over the user icon in the top left of your Ventures screen.
• Click on Notification in the menu that appears.

• The Notifications page will load. In the Gateway section of the page, you will find three options.
• One for new messages, one for the data portion of the application being completed, and one for the application changing to submitted status. Use the check box next to each of them to mark whether you want to receive an email notification for each of these occurrences.
• Once you make your selections, click Save.

Notification emails will be sent to the email associated with your user account as needed.
