There are two attachments attached to this article:
1. The document labeled "Snippet Texts" contains suggested text that NADCO has provided. The suggestions are listed in the order of narratives that appear in a credit memo. You can use any text that you like, you are not restricted to the suggestions, they are provided as starting points. You can copy and paste the suggested snippets to create your own. Click here for the article that covers how the Site Administrator can create snippets in your system. The document has a table of contents for your convenience. You can click on an entry in the table of contents and the pdf should jump to the page. You can also click Control+F (for windows) or Command+F (for macs os) to use the search function and search for a section or snippet you would like to use. Some snippets have multiple options, these must be entered as separate snippets.
The document is divided into sections with a green heading and a blue subheading.
The green heading corresponds to the title for a section in a credit memo. The blue subheading corresponds to the Narrative Field Label in which the snippet should be assigned, for it to appear in the section of the credit memo. This is covered in the how to create a text snippet article that was linked to earlier and which can be accessed here. The article also contains a reference table for all Narrative field labels that will tell you the exact spot in Ventures that the snippet will be useable.
2. The document labeled "Credit Memo with Example Snippets" is an example credit memo with the aforementioned snippets inserted for your reference. Snippets are listed in blue text.
