The tabs on Company Virtual Cards differ slightly based on the role the company is assigned in the system. The tabs themselves are the same, but which tabs you have access to depends on the role.
Loan Entity: General Tab, Loans Tab and the Custom Fields Tab (if custom fields are created, if not the tab will note appear).
All other company roles: General Tab, Contacts Tab, Loans Tab and the Custom Fields Tab (if custom fields are created, if not the tab will note appear). This applies for all other company roles, Attorney Firm used below as an example.
- The General Tab: Allows you to enter basic information for the company including their name, contact information and address. Their role is set when you create the company, you cannot change that.
- The Contacts Tab: Shows you any contacts that have been associated with the company. To add a contact:
- Click the Add button. A pop up will appear
- Type in the name of the contact you wish to associate with the company. When they appear in the drop down click their name to select it. If they are not already in your system, click Add New and add the contact to your system.
- Click Save.
- The Loans Tab: will show any loan files the company is a part of. You can click on the hyperlinked loan number to access the loan file.
- The Custom Fields Tab: Will only appear if there are custom fields assigned to the company standard object. If no fields are assigned, the tab will not appear. The contents of the tab will vary as they are determined by your site administrator.
