We have updated our Credit Elsewhere options to match the options in ETRAN. You can now select the reason in Ventures, and it will be included when you push the application to ETRAN.

To select a Credit Elsewhere reason:

• From the main page of a loan, click Eligibility in the loan menu on the left.
• Click General from the submenu that appears.
• When the page loads, click the Credit Elsewhere tab. 
• In the Tab, select the reasons you need to. 
• If you select Other, the Describe Reasons field will become mandatory. You will need to fill it in to continue.
• When you finish making your selections, remember to click save.
