You can specify which Zip Codes you accept applications from per loan product in Gateway.

  • Log in to Gateway.
  • Click the icon with your initials in it in the top right corner of the screen to access the menu.
  • Click the Site Settings menu option.
  • When the site settings page loads, click Application Settings in the menu on the left.
  • When the application settings page loads, click on Products in the menu towards the top of the screen.
  • Click the pencil shaped icon next to the product you would like to add the zip codes to. We will use 7A as our example product.

  • When the product page loads scroll down till you see the fields labeled States, Cities, Counties and Zip Codes.

You can use the fields to add locations based on your needs for the product.

You can be as specific as you would like. Let's use San Diego as an example. If I only want to add one specific Zip Code. I will add it under the Zip Code section.

  • Type it into the Add Zip Code field and click add.

This product will now be available to people applying from the specific zip code (assuming the other criteria for the product are also met).

  • To delete an entry, click the trash can icon next to the entry.

If I want any zip code from the city of San Diego to be accepted, I will add San Diego under the cities option. The steps to add it are the same.

  • Type it into the field. Specify which state and click add.

Now every Zip Code associated with the City of San Diego will be accepted.

If you use the County field, every Zip Code in the county will be added. Using the State field allows any zip code from the state specified.

When you finish making changes, remember to click save.
