Possible Resolution: Check the controlling interest for your entity owners (Entities menu > Contact level menus).  If ownership is distributed evenly and is less than 51%, then Controlling interest will need to be checked for all owners.  Examples of when you would need to check against owners is when you have ownership splits as 50/50;  25/25/25/25;  and 33/33/33.
