In preparation for the upcoming Small Business Lending reporting requirements enforced by the CFPB, we are adding new fields required for Section 1071 reporting. As we move to being in full compliance with the requirements we are releasing fields as we complete them. There is a pdf from the CFPB attached to this article that provides examples and explanations on how to fill the fields below. 

These are the fields we currently support. More will be added as we release them till we are in full compliance.
