Adding/Editing Job Titles

Within Ventures' Administration menu users can add/edit various Job Titles which can be used for Contacts within the database.

 

 

To edit the drop-down you must be a Site Administrator.  The steps are:

 

  • Click on the cog/gear wheel icon to access the Administration menu.
  • Click on Reference
  • Click on Job Titles 
  • Click Add to add new titles to the list.
  • A pop up will appear. Enter the name of the Title and ensure the Active box is checked. Click Save.
  • Click on a Title to edit any of the existing titles.
