Disabling a User Account

To disable a user account you must be a Site Administrator on your Ventures site. You cannot disable your own account.

 

  • Click on Administration

 

 

  • Click on User Access
  • Click on Users
  • Click on the User Name of the user you would like to disable.

 

 

  • Uncheck the Active? checkbox to disable the account
  • Click on Save
  • You do not want to delete any users as this will interfere with any loan data that is associated with the user that is being disabled.
