The size standard page allows you to select if the benchmark for the size standard is an Industry Size Standard or an Alternative Size standard.
- Click Analysis in the Overview menu on the left.
- Click on Size Standard in the submenu that appears.
The Size Standard page will load. You will see dropdown menu where you can select Industry Size Standard or Alternative Size Standards.
- Choose either the Industry Size Standard or an Alternative Size Standard.
If you select Industry Size Standard:
The page will update, you will see a field that displays the NAICS code of the Applicant and the SBA size standard for the Applicant.
If financial spreads have been created for the entities in the table, information from the spreads will flow to the table at the end of the page. You can enter your own information in the table using the steps listed in the next section.
If no statements have been added yet and you want to add data to the fields, or you want to override the information that was automatically entered:
- Click on the name of the entity, a pop up will appear.
- Click the override size standard check box. This will unlock the fields for editing allowing you to fill them manually if you wish.
- Add any comments you need to
- Click save.
If you select Alternative Size Standard, you will only see the table of entities.
If financial spreads have been created for the entities in the table, information from the spreads will flow to this table. If no statements have been added yet or you would like to override the information that was automatically added. The steps are the same as pictured above in the section covering Industry Size Standards.
- Click on the name of the entity.
- Click the override size standard check box
- Fill in the fields manually. Add any comments you need to and click save.
Reminder: When you finish filling out the page, remember to click one of the save buttons to ensure your changes have been saved.
