Resetting your Password

To reset your password: 

  • Click the "Forgot your password?" link under the login button on the Ventures home page.

  • The password reset screen will load. Enter your username and click the send e-mail button. You will see a brief confirmation indicating the email has been sent.

The system will send a password reset email to your listed email account. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folders. Your site administrator can also resend the email to you.

  • In your email inbox, look for an email with the subject “Ventures – Reset Password.” Click on the email

  • Click the word “here” to access the password reset page.

The change/reset password page will load. Enter your new password. Your password must be at least eight characters long. It must contain:

  • A lower-case character (a-z)
  • An upper-case character (A-Z)
  • A numeric character (0-9)
  • A special character (e.g. @#$%^&*()_+|~-=\`{}[]:"; '<>/ etc.)

When you have entered your new password:

  • Click Change Password. Your password will be updated and you will be logged in.

Remember to update any saved passwords you have in any password managers you use with your new Ventures password.
