Adding Additional Financing Sources

Whether it is a 504, 7A or a Commercial loan, you can add additional financial sources before the loan moves to funded status. Once the loan is in funded status, the Add button disappears. 

  • Click on Financing in the overview menu.
  • Click on the Financing Sources Tab. 
  • Click Add.

 

  • The add financing source pop-up will appear. In the Funding Type dropdown choose if the funding source is a participating loan, an equity injection from the borrower, or an equity injection that is borrowed.
  • Depending on what you select the fields in the pop up will change. Fill in the rest of the fields. If you selected equity injection and do not see a relevant Injection type, your site administrator can add it to the list.
  • Click save when you finish filling out the information required.
  • The custom fields tab will only appear if your site administrator has assigned a custom field to this area of Ventures. if you see the tab, make sure you click it and fill in any fields you need to.
