The Personal Resource Analysis menu is only available for 504 and 7A loans. If you check the include in personal resource analysis option in a period header when creating a personal or company statement, information from that period will be pulled to the personal resource analysis menu.

• Click on Analysis in the overview menu
• Click on Personal Resource Analysis

• For a complete explanation of each field, make sure to click the help link.

• You can click the outside financing text to add outside financing, along with any comments. This data will flow to the credit memo Click save when you are done.
