Gateway Resetting a Password

  • If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password" link under the login button

 

 

  • When the page loads enter your email address and click "Send Reset Email"

 

 

  • Look for the email in your inbox. If you do not see it in your main inbox, it may be in your Spam or Junk folder, make sure to check there. When you find the email click on it.
  • In the email click the link or the "Reset Password" button.

 

 

  • The reset password page will load. Enter a new password. Enter it again to confirm and click "Reset Password"

 

 

  • You will see a confirmation message stating your password has been successfully reset.

 

If you cannot find the email, or the link is expired, repeat the steps above. If you are still having issues, an administrator may be able to send you the link directly. Click here for instructions covering that process.
