Standard Field assigments are only available for Date Field Types. You can assign a Standard field to one custom field. After the Standard Field is assigned, the system will not let you assign it to an additional custom field by removing the field as an available option on the dropdown. A Standard Field assignment will associate your custom field to a particular system action like autopopulating a date and/or assigning it to a web template merge field to merge to forms. This article will provide a list of the Standard Fields and what they will associate your custom field with in the system. 

Approval Authorization Expiration Date

• Custom field will prepopulate with a date based off Loan Approval Date field plus 4 years entered in General Menu > General Tab > Important Date section of loan record.

Board Approved Funding Date

• Custom field date will merge when using a "ClosingCdcResolutionDate" merge field

• Merge field used in Form 1528 CDC Board Resolution system web templates:
  • SBA Form 1528 CDC Board Resolution (Borrower only)
  • SBA Form 1528 CDC Board Resolution (EPC/OC Structure)
  • SBA Form 1528 CDC Board Resolution (v.9-15)

Closing Documents Returned From Review Date

• Custom field date will merge when using a "ClosingDocsReturnedFromReviewDate" merge field
• Merge field used used in 2 system web templates:

  • Checklist For Banks (All Banks General List)
• Used in two WORD Templates:
  • 504 Closing Data Sheet
  • Letter To Escrow To Record Concurrently - Const Loans

EPC/OC Lease Date

• Custom field date will merge when using a "EpcOcLeaseDate" merge field

• Merge field used in 8 system web templates:

  • Subordination Agreement

  • Memorandum Of Lease

  • Amendment of Lease (EPC)

  • Tenant Assignment Of Lease

  • Affidavit of No Additional Leases

  • Assignment Of Note And Security Instrument

  • Closing Subordination Agreement

Escrow Deadline Date

• Used in CreateOrUpdateLoanTask

Guarantee Fee Paid Date

• Used in Community Advantage Loan Tape system.xslx

Primary Maturity Date

• Custom field will prepopulate with a date based off Anticipated Funding date plus Term entered in primary record when status of loan is changed

  • 504 loan type: Term selected in Debenture record. Sets due to 1st of month.

  • Commercial/7A types: Term Months field set in Primary record

• Custom field date will merge when using a "ClosingMaturityDate" merge field

• Merge field is used in 5 system web templates:

  • Mortgage with Note Maturity Date (previously SBA Form 928)

  • SBA Form 1506 Servicing Agent Agreement (v.3-17)

  • SBA Form 1505 Note

  • SBA Form 1504 - Dev Co 504 Debenture EPC/OC

  • SBA Form 1504 - Dev Co 504 Debenture OC only
