Assuming you answered the Personal History background questions within Entities > Company Contact, your organization has the option to 'hide' the interface answers.  Following are steps for your site administrator to take:

• Click on Administration.
• Click on your Organization name within the Organizations table.
• Click on the tab labeled Document Settings.
• Within the subcategory labeled 912 Questions click on the box labeled Do not show answers.
• Click on Save.

Checking this box will not merge your interface responses onto the SBA Forms 912, 1919 and 1244.
