Validation Returned Issue Resolution

Data Push Success, Document Failure

The application was pushed to Ventures and a record has been created, however a document, or some documents, have not been pushed over to the record. This is because certain Gateway Document types have not been mapped to Document Types in Ventures.  To view the documents that were not pushed over to the Ventures record, go to the Activity Log and click View Log button. After mapping the document type following instructions in KB article Gateway Mapping Document Requests to document types in Ventures, you can then push the application over again. This will not create a new record, but it will push over the documents that have not been pushed over yet.
Uh oh! Something went wrong on our end. The issue has been recorded so that we can investigate further. For now you may want to retry your last action. Your error #XXXXXXXXXX This error message can occur when using a delete action. For example, deleting out a Document Type from Site Settings > Document Types menu. Document Type: You can mark the Document Type "Inactive" to remove it from future use. If this is not the issue, then reach out to support for further assistance.
Missing fields: XXXXXXX This occurs when a user is deleting out a field that is required for a specific form (e.g. Loan Amount in Primary Application form).

You will not be able to remove required fields from Gateway forms. Required fields are identified with a red line along the bottom. You can edit the Label, Description, Identifier, and max character length.
