Gateway Password Reset Link Expired or Cannot Find Email

If the password reset link is expired or you cannot find the email, there are two options. You can try the password reset process again, click here for instructions.

 

If you are still having issues, Administrators have the ability to send the password reset link directly. To do this an Administrator must:

 

  • Login with an administrator account. Click the circular icon in the top right corner
  • From the menu that appears click "Site Settings" 
  • From the site settings menu click "Notification History"

 

 

  • On the Notification History page you will see a list of notifications. You can tell which records are password reset requests by looking at the "Message" column. Find the entry for the password reset request you are looking for and click the Pencil icon to expand it.

 

 

  • A popup will appear that contains details of the email, along with the body of the email. Copy the link from the body of the email and send it directly to the user for them to use to reset their password. Make sure you copy the full link. It is very long, you may need to scroll to the right to copy it all as seen in the GIF below.
