Ventures Knowledgebase:

Did you know that Ventures has a Knowledge Base platform where you have access to helpful Articles, Videos, and even Submit a Support Ticket? 

• Access the Ventures Knowledge Base widget located on the lower section of Ventures: Stay Connected section or bookmark https://ventures.happyfox.com/home/
• Have new employees?  Need a refresher?  Access the unedited Ventures Foundational series recorded videos located within the Knowledge Base platform or HERE.

7a Lenders - ETRAN Enhancement:

• Ventures will now by default select the All Collateral checkbox when submitting 7a ETRAN applications.  This will ensure that All Collateral Records listed within the Collateral menu will be sent to SBA. 
• Important Note: Manually unchecking this box will result in only the Project Property Collateral being sent and may result in SBA Screening out your application.
