Creating/Adding Purpose Type

The Purpose Type is located on the Overview page of the loan on the General tab.

In order to add Project Types you must have Site Administrator Permissions.

 

 

  • Click the cog/gear wheel icon to access the Administration Menu (upper right corner)
  • From the left side menu click Reference. A submenu will appear.
  • In the submenu click Loan. Another submenu will appear.
  • Click Purpose Type
  • Click the Add button to add your Purpose type.

 

 

  • Name your Purpose Type and make sure the Active checkbox is checked - this will enable the Purpose Type to appear in the drop down on the Overview page > General Tab > Purpose field
  • If the Purpose Type has a corresponding TLR purpose that you wish to be mapped to a TLR report, select the TLR purpose from the TLR Purpose dropdown menu.
  • Click Save

 

 

Verify your newly added Purpose appears within the Overview page > General Tab > Purpose field
