Your Financial Spread within a loan may be Locked for the following reasons:
- Your loan is Approved/Funded
- The user intentionally selected to Lock the spread
You will see a small lock icon in the heading of each locked period.
To unlock the Financial Statements:
- From within your loan select Loan Analysis > Financial Statements
- Click on the hyperlinked desired spread
- Click on the drop down arrow for the desired spread period to unlock
- Uncheck the check mark from the Locked check box
- Click Update.
- Click Save.
