Your Financial Spread within a loan may be Locked for the following reasons:

• Your loan is Approved/Funded
• The user intentionally selected to Lock the spread

You will see a small lock icon in the heading of each locked period.

To unlock the Financial Statements:

• From within your loan select Loan Analysis > Financial Statements 
• Click on the hyperlinked desired spread
• Click on the drop down arrow for the desired spread period to unlock
• Uncheck the check mark from the Locked check box
• Click Update.
• Click Save.
