How to Delete a Loan Record - It is important to note that once the loan is deleted the action is not reversible and the loan cannot be recovered.

• Deleting a Loan record is permission driven 
• Your Site Administrator has the ability to assign the permission setting within the Administration menu
• From within the loan to be deleted access the Utilities menu from the left side menu options
• Once in the Utilities menu you should see the Delete option, if you do not see this option you do not have permission to delete
• Note that once you click on Delete you will receive a pop-up Warning message for you to verify the Delete action
• If you want to proceed to delete the record, click Delete to delete your loan
