Document Storage: Adding Sort Codes

Site Administrators can customize the Document Storage Sort Code options.

To add/customize document storage categories:


  • Click on Administration
  • Click on Reference 
  • Click on Documents
  • Click on Document Types
  • Click on the green +Add 
  • Click on Save after completing the fields.  


NOTE for Site Administrators


SBA LENDING:  If adding and/or editing Document Types for 504 and/or 7a loan types please be sure to map your Doc Storage codes to the proper ETRAN fields/buckets. 


NON-SBA LENDING:  Non 504/7a loans do not need to be mapped and can skip the 504/7a category mapping step.
