NOTE: You must have the optional Web Templates add-on module to access this menu.
If you have an existing Word template, you can do a quick conversion into Web Templates so that you can edit and add merge fields into the document.
*Excel templates are not supported in Web Templates.
To convert an existing document, go to Reports & Letters and select Web Templates in the menu on the left.
Click on the Convert button.
You may select a Custom Category and Loan Phase for this document if you wish. These can be changed or updated later if you decide to leave them blank for now. Hit Select Files and find your Word template. You can select more documents if you wish. Once this is completed, hit Convert.
Once the program has finished converting your Word templates, you may begin editing, formatting and adding merge fields to the document.
