We have been busy fixing bugs (Purpose, Tax ID, DOB, Address fields not syncing, Document Statuses not refreshing, etc) and cleaning up the release and migration for Gateway 2.0, thank you for your patience!

Mark Messages Unread

One item that lenders missed from Gateway 1.0 was the ability to mark an applicant message Unread, so they do not forget about any follow up action needed. One way a user cannot forget it to use our Task functionality in Notes/Tasks menu of the Gateway application in Ventures - read more about this in our KB Add and Track Tasks. Now, we provided a second way to track follow up actions by allowing the lender to mark a message Unread. Simply open up the applicant message in Application > Messages menu and click on Mark as Unread button. 

Upload File in Incomplete Document Request

Another item that lenders missed from Gateway 1.0, was the Lender's ability to upload a document into a request for an applicant to review. Lenders can now upload files into Incomplete status Document Requests in the Documents > Request menu > Document Request record.

Edit Unregistered Applicant Email

Users can now edit the Applicant's email address in Application > Summary Menu > Applicant grid if they are unregistered. This would be helpful if the email was originally entered incorrectly when an invite was sent, and the applicant never received an email. Once corrected, the user can resend the invite. 

PAYMENTS

Payment Account Import allows up to 10 Owners

Users can now import payment accounts with up to 10 owners/participants on each account. Previously, the import allowed up to 3 owners.
