7(a) and 504 SBA Lenders - Updated "Licenses Required to Operate"

We updated the Document Upload step in Ventures to use the new "Licenses Required to Operate - (1089)" in CAFS. Now, documents will go directly to the right category without having to do this manually in CAFS. Previously, all licenses would go to the miscellaneous category. Now. the required licenses have a specific place. 

***Make sure that you update any relevant Document Types to be mapped to the new SBA Categories. Here is a knowledge base article on how to update Document Type mappings.
 

 

 

 

 

7(a) and 504 SBA Lenders - 327s are now Web Templates

We converted all the 327s to be web templates in the Document Generation page (Loan > Document > Generate). We no longer have Word versions. So, we removed the "Generate 327s" button from the Post Approval Action workflow.

 

Now:

1. Go to the Document Generation page of the loan make sure "All phases" and "All" are selected
2. Search "327"
3. All the 327s will be in one quick list

If you want to a custom version of the system 327, go Web Templates (Documents > Web Templates) and customize it to be whatever works best for your organization. Here is a KB article for the process of copying a Web Template.

 

 

 

SBA 504 Lenders - Size Standard is now sent to CAFS

We now send the Size Standard field to CAFS. 
 

 

 

 

SBA 7(a) Lenders - Added SBA Form 888 Management Training Report

We added a blank SBA Form 888 to the Documents page of a loan for 7(a) lenders. (Loan > Documents > Generate)
