If you're trying to change the File's Reference Name that appears on the blue header row it will need to be done within Entities.

 Within Entities - verify you are in the PRIMARY OC record.  After verifying that you would either:

1)  Update the DBA Name for the Primary Operating Company; or

2)  If no DBA is being used update the name of the Primary Operating Company's vCard.  

Whether you have updated the vCard or not, you MUST click on the Save button within the Entity for the changes to reflect.

Click on F5 to refresh your page and you will see the updated Reference Name
