Added Newest Version of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Form
We added the latest UCC1 Financing Statement and UCC1Ad Addendum to the Generate Documents section of a loan. It will generate both forms as if they were one. This is now available for all loan types.
SBA Lenders - Life Insurance Information For All Guarantors Now Passes To ETRAN
We now send life insurance information for all guarantors to ETRAN. Previously, we would just send it for those who were owners of the EPC.
504 SBA Lenders - Annual Jobs Report Has Updated Filtering
After discussions with NADCO, we have made a few changes to capture which records will appear in the SBA Annual Jobs Report. Please review our KB SBA 504 Annual Jobs Report Guide and FAQ for a refresher on the report.
What has been added:
1. Debenture Repurchased Date - When generating the report, it will include a record IF there is a Debenture Repurchased date after the Year End Fiscal Date entered by user. It would leave out a record that had a date before Year End Fiscal Date entered.
2. State is no longer a required field before generating the report. If the field is left blank, then all states will be included in returning results.
What has been removed:
1. Liquidated Date filter - the report will no longer look at this date to include/exclude records.
2. Charged Off Date filter - the report will no longer look at this date to include/exclude records.
3. Sub-status “SBA Serviced” filter - the report will no longer look at this Sub-status to include/exclude records.
PAYMENTS
Generating Payment Histories in Bulk
You can now enable your custom templates that use a Payments Transaction Sub Template for use in Bulk Letters. This means you can generate pay histories in bulk for your payment accounts to email or mail out! Previously, you could only generate within a loan record.
Bulk Letters Parameters Added - Boarded in Payments and Payment Past Due
Boarded in Payments is available as a new bulk merge parameter that can be added to your custom web template. This parameter will merge criteria based on if the loan record has a boarded payment account.
Payment Past Due - This parameter will merge criteria based on a range of days for # of Days Past Due when generating emails/letters in bulk. You could use this feature to email out late payment notices to borrowers based off a number of days past due.
GATEWAY
Owner SSN removed as required application field
We no longer require the Contact Tax ID field (applicants’ SSN) to be a part of the application form. Previously, this field was required to be present in the application in order for the Lender Admin to save a new version of the application form. Please note, if you automatically run credit checks during the application, you will want to keep this field in order to get results.
For Lender Admins to remove the field from current application(s), they can go to Site Settings > Application Settings menu on the Gateway site. They will need to create a new version of each form containing the Tax ID field, delete out the field, and then Save+ Validate + Publish.
