Within Ventures, where do I answer the following 2 questions?

The questions would be answered within the Administration > Organization table. 

• Click on the cog/gear wheel icon in the menu at the top of the screen to access the Administration menu. The Administration menu defaults to the Organizations page.
• Click on your Organization name within the Organizations table
• Click on the Document Settings tab. 
• The first section of that tab will have the 2 questions that will populate onto your 1244 form.  The questions need to only be answered once per organization.
