Within Ventures, where do I answer the following 2 questions?

The questions would be answered within the Administration > Organization table.  Select your hyperlinked organization name and then click on the Document Settings tab.  The first section of that tab will have the 2 questions that will populate onto your 1244 form.  The questions need to only be answered once per organization.
