The Payoff Request menu is an optional tracking menu. You can use it to track payoff requests. This page is available in the Tracking menu when a loan is in Funded status. It will not be visible before then.
- In a loan that is in Funded status, click on Tracking in the overview menu.
- Click Payoff Requests.
To add a new request:
- Click the add button. The add payoff request pop-up will appear.
- Go through and fill in the relevant fields. Make sure you scroll to the end of the pop-up to see all the fields available to you.
- Review the information, then click save.
To edit a payoff request:
- Click the hyperlinked estimate request date.
- The edit payoff pop-up will appear. It contains the same fields as the add payoff request pop-up picture above.
- Make the edits you wish to make and click save.
To delete a payoff request record:
- Click the X icon in the row of the record you would like to delete.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click the delete button to confirm you would like to delete the record.
