The Site Visits page becomes visible once the loan is in Approved status. It is in the Tracking submenu of the overview menu. Before the loan is in Approved status, you will not see the Site Visits option.
- Click Tracking
- Click Site Visits in the submenu that appears.
- Click Add to add a site visit record.
- The add site visit pop-up will appear.
- Select a visit date and a visit reason.
- You have space to enter who conducted the visit, the condition of the property and a narrative.
- You can attach attachments to the record using the attachments sections. You can drag and drop files to upload them or use the select button to upload files from your local machine.
- When you finish filling out the information you need to, click save.
- To edit a site visit record, click the type hyperlink
- The edit site visit pop-up will appear. The options you have in the pop-up are the same as when you created the site visit.
- Make your edits and click save.
- To delete a record, click the X icon next to the record.
- Confirm that you want to delete the entry, by clicking the delete button.
Before you exit the page:
- Fill in the next site visit date field.
- You can attach a tickler to keep track of the using the add tickler button. For this to work, your site administrator would have to set up a tickler template for this tickler type.
Ventures offers integration with QuikTrak Inspection. If you have a QuikTrak account:
- Click the order QuikTrak inspection button to start the order process. Note: You will need your own QuikTrak account. Ventures does not provide you with one.
- A page will load containing fields and tabs that you need to fill out to place the order. Go through all three tabs and ensure all the mandatory fields marked by red asterisks are filled in.
- Click Place QuikTrak order.
