You can track screen out reasons for your SBA applications in the Screen Outs menu. This menu only appears for 504 and 7A loans. This is for internal purposes only, but it can help you keep track of and understand why your applications are screened out.
- Click the SBA option in the overview menu
- Click the Screen Outs option from the submenu that appears
- Click Add to add a screen out record.
- The Add screen out pop-up will appear. Fill in the Issue text field with a description of the issue.
- Use the Reasons dropdown menu to select the reasons for the screen out. You can select as many as needed. If you do not see a reason you need to select, your site administrator can add additional reasons to this dropdown menu by following the steps here.
- Enter the screened out date, and if applicable the date it was resubmitted.
- Click save.
- To edit a screen out record, click the hyperlinked issue in the table.
- The Edit screen out pop-up will appear. Make your edits and click save.
- To delete the screen out click the X next to the hyperlinked record for the screen out you want to delete. A confirmation pop up will appear. Click Delete to confirm. The pop up will disappear and the record will be deleted.
