The Business Debt Schedule is located within Loan Analysis > Financial Statements > Debt Schedule tab. Within the Business Debt Schedule tab is where you will track and input company debt schedule data and previous government financing. This data input is specific to Entities.
- Click on Loan Analysis > Financial Statements
- Click on the green +Add button to Add a new Financial Statement or Click on the hyperlinked Financial Statement to access the entities financial spread
- Click on the Debt Schedule tab
- Click on the green +Add button to begin to Add debt
- The Financing Source drop down will determine the type of financing the debt is.
- Click on the green Save button to save the data input
Notes:
Choosing Government or SBA Financing from the Financing Source drop down will prompt a "Yes" to the Previous or existing Government Financing of principals and/or affiliates and/or applicant question within the Prior Government Financing section of the SLPC Credit Memo.
If you want the debt to be included in the Cashflow be sure to click on the box labeled Included in Cash Flow within the debt schedule record.
