Issue: When you begin typing into a Ventures Narrative or Description area, the screen keeps expanding.

Ventures is a web-based browser and many modern browsers allow for third party applications to create extensions within the browser. Sometimes, these third party applications can cause issues with how your Narrative screens look.

Example: A third party application (Grammarly in this example) may change your browser screen when in Ventures.

Resolution: If you discover a third party application causing issues, you may disable or uninstall the application to correct the issue. In the Chrome browser, this can be accessed by typing in "chrome://extensions" into the URL address bar.

Many extensions also allow you to configure exceptions for certain websites. This may be useful if you wish to use the extension for your normal browsing but wish to have it disabled for the Ventures site. Please contact your IT vendor/personnel for more information about configuring your browser extensions.
