Loan Analysis – Financial Statement Consolidated  

 

The consolidated statements now have every row available to be unlinked from Ventures Data so that it may be overridden as needed.   

 

 

 

SLPC Credit Memo- Update to Merge Field “Entity Information” 

 

A new option to include related non-affiliates in the Entity Information Merge Field has been released. We have published a new version of the " Ventures SLPC Credit Memo" and named it Ventures SLPC Credit Memo (Include Guarantor Non-Related Affiliates) which includes showing the Guarantor Related Non Affiliates Entity Information. The original CM still exists but we wanted to give lenders another option as well for those who had reported needing/wanting to include the related non affiliates in their CM.  

 

If you have another CM you wish to make this change to it is now available, or if you wish to add this to another System CM, you can copy the system web template and edit as needed. 

 

 

 

Loan Notes  

 

Loan notes now show a compact preview with an option to select the Toggle icon to show the full text of every note. Once you select the toggle, the note will expand. Then once expanded the toggle icon can be clicked again to show just the preview.

 

 

 

 

 

Exports 

 

Excel exports now limit each cell to 2,048 characters, so exports with very long text no longer fail or become oversized. 

 

 

 

Payment Tracking 

 

The Loan Details screen has a new tab Snapshot which moved the current payment breakdown and Balance and Amounts from the General tab to the Snapshot tab.
