• Setup a specific contact for the tickler to be sent to via email (available on Financial/Tax Return tracking items)

 

 

 

 

 

• Choose a specific tickler template other than the default when creating a tracking item.

 

 

 

• See which tickers are attached to that tracking record for Financials/Tax Returns, Insurance and Job Tracking!

 

 

• Embed the Word version of documents within the email instead of as an attachment!
