New Collateral > Flood Certification Fields

New Flood Zone Details section and related fields have been added under the Description section of collateral in Business Asset, Equipment, Real Estate collateral category records (set up in the Administration menu by your Site Administrator).

 

​API Updates

• New Flood Certification fields available via API via LoanCollateral object and can be added during Loan Create process
• New LoanInsurance object with fields found in the Tracking > Insurance menu > Insurance fields, such as Insurance type, amounts, Insurance Company etc are now available to use via API 

 

Generate Amortization Schedules at Origination Stage

Amortization schedules can now be generated for financing records (exception: 504 Debenture records). You can generate the Amortization Schedule on the Loan tab or on the APR tab. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Loan Overview Office Fields Now Optional 

SBA Office and Office fields in the Loan > Overview > SBA Information and Lender Information section are now optional fields to set when creating and updating a loan record in Ventures. Previously, they were required at loan creation or when trying to save data and they were not previously set.
