Added Reference to 50 10 8 to the Environmental Checklist

The SOP reference has been updated on the Environmental Checklist generated on the Environmental tab of a loan. (Loan > Collateral > Environmental)

 

 

Added Latest Universal Purchase Package (UPP) Documents

The latest UPP document templates (including the accessible version) have been added to the loan document generation area. You will need to fill the form in once it is generated. 

 

 

Added Projected Principal Amounts by Year to Custom Reporting

Users can now include reporting around how much principal they would expect to receive in each of the next 5 years.
