If your organization has an account with any of the 3rd party vendors that have partnered with Ventures you can place & receive your 4506 transcript orders within Ventures. Your Site Administrator will need to notify our Team if you wish to have the module activated for your site. Assuming the module is activated, below are the ordering instructions:
Steps to placing an order:
- Click on the Verification > Tax Transcripts loan menu
- Click on the Order Transcripts tab
- Click on the green Order Transcripts button
Within the Order Transcripts screen you will:
- Select either a Company or a Contact
- Select the Tax Return Type from the list of available options
- Input the years you want verified
- Upload your signed 4506 in the Select File area
- Click on the green Place Order button
Once the order has been placed:
- Ventures will create a record you in the transcript table
- Ventures will send you an automated email to confirm the order has been placed and/or if it gets rejected/cancelled AND when the order has been completed (sample email below)
