Addendum A will now be generated and be included for every Borrower Information Form where the answer to question 3 is Yes on a 1244.

Important! The information regarding ownership of entities does not need to be entered multiple times across every loan. As long as the information is in a loan in Ventures, any loan, it will appear in all relevant Addendum A as needed. The mapping explains where to enter the information.

If the information is not already in Ventures, then the entity would need to be added to the loan as a related non-affiliate (or affiliate if they qualify) as the system needs a record of the ownership to exist somewhere.

This applies to loans with an approval date on or after 11/22/2024 that generate the new 1244. To answer question 3, in a 504 loan with an approval date on or after 11/22/2024:

• Click on Eligibility in the menu on the left.
• Click on Questionnaire in the submenu that appears
• It should default to the Borrower Information Tab, if not click on the Borrower Information Tab.
• Click the Entity in the table. A pop up will appear. 
• Question 3 is found in the pop up. Answering yes here will trigger Addendum A to generate and be included in your 1244 for the Entity selected.
