Ventures has updated SBA Form 1244 to comply with the latest revisions.

This applies to all 504 loans with approval dates on or after 11/22/2024 and loans without an approval date entered. 504 loans with an approval date prior to 11/22/2024 will still generate the old form.

In an approved 504 loan with an approval date on or after 11/22/2024 (or a 504 loan without an approval date entered):

• Click on Eligibility
• Click on 1244 in the submenu that appears
• Click the Generate Form 1244 button to generate the main form. This will generate the form with all of its section in one PDF. You can also generate the forms sections as separate PDFs using the Generate Form 1244 : Info Forms Individually button. This will generate a .zip file that contains one PDF of the Borrower Information Form per applicant and one CDC Information Form for the primary applicant.

• Regardless of which button you click, a download will start. Depending on your settings it may start automatically, or it may prompt you to choose a location on your local machine to save the download to. 
• When the download completes you can click on it to access your generated form 1244. If you selected the individual section download option, the download will be a .zip file. Extract the contents of the file to view the PDFs containing individual information forms.
